The Arts Council for Long Beach and the City of Long Beach offer six grant programs that foster a vibrant arts community that generates jobs or revenue for creative entrepreneurs, interest for tourists, and enjoyment and civic pride for residents. Arts Council for Long Beach is expected to award $300,000 in grants during its 2008-09 grants cycle.
